WHAT WE DO
Talantons is a global movement that equips local believers to serve as missionaries in their own communities—sent and shepherded by their churches, and supported through trusted, sustainable models of everyday presence across Asia.
In communities where traditional mission work is sensitive and poverty limits opportunity, we unite the wider Body of Christ around coordinated action—empowering local believers to build meaningful work, cultivate trusted relationships, and establish a long-term Gospel presence that contributes to both spiritual renewal and human flourishing.
Throughout the New Testament, the Gospel moved through ordinary spaces, trusted relationships, and the work of local believers. Paul met people “in the market daily” (Acts 17:17). As a tentmaker, he worked alongside people, supported his ministry, and maintained a credible, long-term presence in the cities where he served. Lydia opened her home as a place of hospitality, discipleship, and gathering for the early Church (Acts 16:14–15, 40).
Talantons follows this biblical pattern. We equip local missionaries—sent and shepherded by their churches—to serve their own communities through sustainable work and trusted relational presence. Rooted in the local Church and strengthened by collaboration across the Body of Christ, our model creates meaningful work, meets real needs, and opens natural pathways for everyday Gospel witness. It is designed to be faithful, effective, and sustainable in places where traditional mission work may be sensitive.
Our Incubator
Talantons Foundation, Inc. is a current nonprofit in formation, incubated by Fondare Communities. During this formative stage, Fondare Communities provides organizational oversight, guidance, and operational support as Talantons builds the foundation needed for long-term impact.

Tony J. Fundaro is a philanthropic executive with more than 30 years of experience advancing impact across communities. He serves as President and CEO of Southwest Philanthropy and on the Board of United Philanthropy Forum.
Sarah Escamilla

Sarah Escamilla is a seasoned executive who has served as CEO of White Rhino Coffee, President of the White Rhino Foundation, and COO of Parvin Group, a prominent family office. She brings extensive leadership experience across business, philanthropy, operations, and organizational growth.

Kason Huddleston
Kason Huddleston is a pastor, the current Chaplain of the Republican Party of Texas, and the Republican nominee for the Texas State Board of Education, District 9.
Fenny Widjojo
Fenny Widjojo is an Indonesian business litigation attorney and President Director of Prime Services International, a prominent Indonesian law firm. She has advised national and multinational companies, including Fortune 500 corporations such as Freeport-McMoRan.

Jordan Nathaniel
Founder & CEO
Jordan Nathaniel brings extensive experience in non profit and for profit leaderships. In the last 5 years, he has been involved in mobilizing teams and young adults for Gospel-centered impact. The Lord has used him to serve across various nations, including persecuted nations, with thousands encountering Christ through his life and ministry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Ministry and the Marketplace from Oral Roberts University. Since age 12, his vision has remained the same: to help people know Jesus, fall in love with Him, and walk in intimacy with Him.
Griselda Philberta
CPO
Griselda Philberta brings years of experience in the tech industry, including experience with leading global companies such as Microsoft. She holds a Master’s degree in Product Innovation from Carnegie Mellon University. Beyond her professional background, Griselda carries a deep love for the Holy Spirit and a heart to see the lost saved, the Gospel preached, and nations reached for Christ.
