"Training Ground is the foundational experience of Talantons Academy—a Spirit-filled, business-integrated journey where aspiring founders are equipped with the tools, mindsets, and spiritual clarity needed to launch into purpose."

  • Spirit-Empowered Curriculum – A 6–8 week intensive course that integrates biblical values with foundational business strategy—designed to shape your mindset, mission, and method for Kingdom entrepreneurship.

  • Weekly Live Classes – Interactive, real-time classes led by seasoned Christian entrepreneurs who merge practical business insights with Spirit-filled teaching and activation.

  • Calling Discovery Process – A guided experience to help students discern their God-given assignment in the marketplace, aligning passion, purpose, and prophetic direction.

  • Talantons Network Access –Membership in a global community of Christian entrepreneurs committed to collaboration, growth, and reaching the marketplace for Christ.

  • Pathway to Builders Lab – Graduates who complete the Training Ground journey with clarity and readiness are eligible to apply for Builders Lab—a venture-building incubator with mentorship and investor access.

BUILDER'S LAB PROGRAM

"Builders Lab is a Spirit-led incubator for emerging founders who are ready to build. This is where discipleship meets execution—an immersive, flexible pathway to launching a God-breathed venture with mentorship, structure, and investor support."

  • Build While You Learn – Every student actively develops or scales their real business idea with weekly guidance, applying what they learn in real-time.

  • 1-on-1 Mentorship – Founders are paired with a dedicated, Spirit-filled mentor for weekly Zoom sessions, receiving personal support, prophetic covering, and strategic coaching.

  • Investor-Ready Preparation –Students are equipped to pitch with clarity—developing business models, decks, and strategies that align with both Kingdom purpose and marketplace excellence.

  • Pitch to Talantons Capital – Select founders will be given the opportunity to present their ventures to Kingdom investors within Talantons Capital—with the possibility of receiving seed funding, strategic backing, and global exposure.

  • Flexible Timeline – Builders Lab is not locked to a calendar. Founders progress at their own pace with tailored support, milestones, and regular check-ins based on their business stage.
